About me

Hi, I’m Grace.

I’m a licensed therapist, a mother, a wife, and a seeker of meaning. I live in Sioux Falls, SD with my husband, son, and daughter, whose presence grounds and shapes me. As an Enneagram 1 and INFJ, I’m drawn to depth, reflection, and intentionality. My work is an extension of who I am—woven with compassion, and deep connection.

I am truly in awe of the human experience—of our shared longings, of the ache and beauty we carry, of what is possible when we move beyond the narrow visions we hold of ourselves. It is a profound honor to walk alongside others as they find their way beyond their own aches, to sit with them as they learn how to move toward joy, connection, and presence—even amid what hurts.

I seek to bring authenticity, warmth, and curiosity into all I do. Whether in the therapy room, in a workshop, or in my own life, I believe healing happens when we feel seen, held, and free to be our truest selves.

My Approach

Healing is not something we do alone. It happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, with the stories we carry. My work integrates mind-body awareness, emotional regulation, and the exploration of past experiences to help you move toward greater wholeness, clarity, and self-compassion.

I believe healing is not just of the mind—it is of the body and spirit, too. Therapy with me is about unlearning the habitual "I think" and embracing the intuitive "I feel." Instead of overanalyzing, we listen—to the wisdom of your body, to the emotions that want space, to the quiet parts of you longing to be nurtured. Together, we make room for both vulnerability and transformation.

For many, healing is also a spiritual journey—one of deepening connection, surrender, and renewal. While I honor all beliefs, my own spirituality influences the way I hold space for the unseen, for the mystery of what it means to be human, and for the sacredness of growth and healing.

Beyond Therapy

In addition to my work with individuals and couples, I lead workshops and speak at events designed to support helping professionals, caregivers, and those longing for greater emotional regulation, connection, and renewal. My workshops offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters—helping you cultivate resilience in both your personal and professional life.

Whether through therapy, speaking, or workshops, my hope is to hold space for your unfolding, to help you move toward healing and a deeper, more embodied sense of being alive.
